Honestly what gives you the right to open your mouth to ask someone a question that is obviously none of your business.

Hey, I hope you feel better now? Just let it out! There have been a few, well more than a few people who needed to hear this from me but I'm too nice, no that's not it. I don't want my husband to be embarassed. That's why I've kept my mouth shut.
